currently we are in special need of the “V” in MVC. someone that is passionate about user interface from both the server-side (.cshtml, c#) and client-side (jQuery).

• mastery of html basics (form gets and posts, divs, css, etc...)

• Oracle Providers for .NET (user authentication, authorization)
• Oracle Data Provider for .NET (ODP.NET)

• UDTs (User Defined Types... Oracle objects, basically Oracle's Object Relational Mapping)
• PL/SQL, stored procedures (packages)
• Text (text / thesaurus / knowledge base indexing)
• XML DB (xpath, xmltable, etc...)
• ASM storage (local, not the cloud stuff)

• Amazon Web Services (lots of ideas here)

• Oracle RAC, bitmap index (we don't have Enterprise edition, Oracle is stingy with the fun stuff)
